We understand that excellent craftsmanship is required for detailed operations. We use the latest software and technology to design, build, and repair molds to maximize your production output. Our high-end equipment, including our 5-axis CNC mills, 3-axis CNC mills, lathes, gun drills and more help us increase efficiency and accuracy. Before delivery, we perform water and hydraulic tests to ensure customer specifications have been met.
Depending on your needs, we make molds as small as 12 inches and as large as 156 inches with capabilities of single cavity, multiple cavities, and family molds. If you choose to work with us, we collaborate with our suppliers early in product development to relay the most accurate pricing and lead times.

In addition to new mold production, Herman Mold + Tooling also specializes in comprehensive tooling repair, revision, and maintenance. Our production facility offers full welding and refurbishing of inserts in order to bring back existing molds to mint condition.
